Day 15

Still feel like crap but was definitely a better day. Went to they gym, 50 mins on cross trainer - 500 calories, could actually work harder today. Also did weights, a 40 mins weight session. Burned at least 750 calories in total.

Food:
- Breakfast: banana on toast
- Snack: 2 mandarines
- Lunch:  omelette
- Snack: Date
- Dinner: omelette
- Snack: date and cornflake treat (150 cals)

Total calories for the day 800-900 calories.

I feel like I did well today, even with a treat :)

Hey!!

Well done... I dont think you should be so hard on yourelf, youre still keeping your eating really tight even if youre not making choices that make you really happy or proud. And its important to let yourself be sick and recover properly. I had an ok weekend....super sat session was awesome, and ate really well, then sunday didnt eat all that well and had a party....had yesterday off and ended up not eating fantastically either. Ah well!! I feel like its all about learning new habits....giving things a go every day, treat every day as a new opportunity and as long as we dont give up, we will get there!!

Thanks, you are very kind. It is all about learning new habits, and we have had a life time of learning bad ones. So there are bound to be a few bumps in the road. As you said, so long as we don't give up.

At least I am very conscious of whatever it is that I put in my mouth and how many calories it is. Previously I was just of the opinion that if it is made of healthy ingredients then it doesn't matter how many calories it is. Not the correct mentality.

It is great that you had a fab super saturday work out! And I am sure your eating wasn't too bad ;)

Everyday is definitley a new opportunity for learning! One day we will get there. Slowly but surely! :)
