Today I had to travel to Melbourne. Still unwell, but went to gym before I left and did 55 mins on the cross trainer, burning 500 calories.
Food:
- Breakfast - oats, banana, rapadura sugar
- Snack - 2 majool dates
- Lunch - 2 take away tuna sushi rolls (I removed 3/4 of the white rice)
- Snack - 2 small apples and some saltanas
- Dinner - pumpkin soup
Not 100% on the calories, but have estimated bewteen 1000 and 1200 calories.
Looking forward to pump class tomorrow! and hopefully am feeling better ;)
P.s. Lost another 700 grams today, super pumped that I have lost 1.5kgs since beginning the challenge! Yay!

Wow!! well done on another great day!! you did so well even though you were out travelling and everything. And a loss of 700gm! fantastic!! Its so motivating and inspiring to see those numbers changing....funny how it seems like such a "surprise" that calorie restriction and exercise work! hehe
Oh cool....your research sounds great, and very important. Masters sounds like fun as well. Is it 2 years? mmmm yeah, I think its definitely worth doing something you love for your phD....cause in the end its like a pretty full-on job, and liking your subject will get you through times when otherwise all you want to do is crawl up in a ball and hide from the world!!
Hope you had/are having fun at pump today. Im abaout to leave for another upper body weights day...assisted chin-ups kill me!!
